Pickup & delivery policy
Pickup orders must be collected at the selected time and location.
Please ensure you arrive on time, as food is prepared fresh.
For pickup orders, delivery address details collected during checkout
are not used and are required by the system only.

Delivery Area & Fees

Delivery within 5km: $10 delivery fee.
Orders over $80 qualify for free delivery within this zone. -
Delivery within 10km: $15 delivery fee.

Orders beyond 10km: Pickup only. Delivery is not available.

*All delivery orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather.
Terms & conditions
Food Safety & Consumption

All products are freshly prepared on the day of pickup or delivery.
For best quality and food safety, we recommend consuming our products within 2 hours of pickup or delivery.
If not consumed immediately, products must be refrigerated promptly and stored below 5°C.
Salt and Light Kitchen is not responsible for any illness or issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or delayed consumption after pickup or delivery.

Our kitchen handles common allergens including eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, sesame, nuts, and seafood.
​While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from cross-contamination.

Return policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled by 4:00 PM on the last business day
before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
(Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
Cancellations after this time are not accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us by email or phone
within the cancellation period.
