Before starting Salt & Light Kitchen, I spent over 15 years working as a chef. Over time, I realised that food is more than just something we make — it’s something that connects people. I wanted to step out from behind the kitchen and be closer to the people I serve, not just preparing meals, but sharing moments. Salt & Light Kitchen started from that desire — to serve food more personally, with intention, and with genuine care. For us, it’s not just about what’s on the plate, but the connection that comes with it.
